Thank you to our first 'Mystery Reader' last week. It was such a fun session for the children to experience story telling in their own mother tongue by their own parents. In this session, our reader was hidden behind a piece of fabric. Learners had to guess the voice that was reading. Isn't it fun? Learners were very excited as it was their favourite story ' The 3 little Pigs'
Thank you to Saen's daddy for a fabulous story!

This week in UOI we have been wrapping up our family projects and talking about our families. We are also getting ready and excited for our Stay and Play session next week.
Please send us the signed forms for Stay and play session on the 10th of October 2019
( Thursday)
We are hoping to see all the parents come and play. It will be a great opportunity to see what we have been learning and working towards during this half term.

We are hoping to see all the parents come and play. It will be a great opportunity to see what we have been learning and working towards during this half term.

In math, we have been working on different strategies to recognise numbers. We also created some pictures with shapes. We now use some number names and number language spontaneously.
In literacy, we have been making marks and sometimes give meaning as we draw and paint. We have also been practicing our names using different media.
During play we have been learning to communicate by taking turns and sharing our toys with each other. We are also developing some great friendships in the classroom. Learners are now beginning to listen to instruction more carefully. We love our show and tell sessions in the morning. We get excited to show our favourite things. It is clearly visible that learners are becoming more confident in front of a whole group. They beginning to use full sentences in English and sometimes Thai.
This week we inquired into Iguanas!
We had a wonderful visitor (Mr.Iggy)
Learners were quite curious about where iguanas live? what do they eat? what are they good at?
This is what we found out!
