We are Communicatordons

This week in Maths we continued counting numbers using objects and we have also been looking for patterns in the environment around our school.

During our UOI sessions, we have been inviting parents to read a book and it has been a great week for kids to learn things from different families. We also invited Ms. Chen our learning support and Chinese teacher to share some pictures of her family, clothes, and the food they eat in China.

During our circle time, we talked about learner profile attitudes and attributes and used them during our learning journey throughout the week. This week and the next week we will focus on communicator-don. We are learning to talk politely when resolving conflicts, learning to find out what families teach us and developing listening and speaking skills.
